Unlike PDF files usually available, the forms have to be filled out, while the data may need to be altered or rewritten, or certain areas need to be provided for filling in more information. These must be editable PDF files where the end user or recipient needs no software for processing other than the free Acrobat Reader.

Any number of data records from different data sources including Excel, Access, FDF or CSV can be merged into preset PDF form files using pdf-FieldMerge – while keeping to the requirements mentioned above.

Whether text, numbers or images,pdf-FieldMerge combines one data source to one PDF form and places the required information at the corresponding position in the document. If required, these areas can be kept editable by the user, or write-protected or rendered completely unalterable. Entry-field characteristics can be set in a few clicks.
