Quark Inc. today announced it will support the new PANTONE® Goe System, the first completely new color specification system for the graphic arts industry. Unveiled today by Pantone, Inc., the PANTONE Goe System offers graphic designers, printers, publishers, packagers and pre-press providers advanced color accuracy for over 2,000 new PANTONE Colors.

Designed to offer advanced color options, enhanced collaboration and improved versatility for designers in today's increasingly multimedia environment, the PANTONE Goe System will be available for download by QuarkXPress 7 users at Quark's resource center (http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/resourcecenter) in October 2007. Once downloaded, the new color system will appear as a color library option listed on the QuarkXPress 7 colors palette.

The 2,058 colors offered by the PANTONE Goe System are based on a smaller set of 10 PANTONE mixing bases, plus PANTONE Clear, and have been manufactured under ISO 9001:2000 quality control guidelines.
