Thanks for the article raj, especially number 11 on paying off debt. I recommend Dave Ramsey's Total Money Makeover for anyone needing self-discipline to get out of debt. I know it sounds hokey like a "self-help" book, but it has a lot of helpful common sense advice on getting out of debt and being responsible with finances.
